Psalm 116
8 For you, O LORD, have delivered my soul
from death,
my eyes from tears,
my feet from stumbling,
9 that I may walk before the LORD
in the land of the living.
Soul delivered from death, eyes from tears,
feet from stumbling so that I can
WALK!
Actually, so that I can walk
before (or in the sight of) HIM.
What a wonderful place to be! Walking in the sight of the
compassionate and loving LORD JESUS.
Here at PraiseNation we like to
refer to the life of a believer as walking the JESUS
Path. Think of life as a walk, and we must walk
through a wilderness full of beautiful pastures and dangerous
swamps and everything in between.
There are times when we are in
a meadow of fresh cut hay, rejoicing in how sweet everything is,
and there are times when every step holds the potential of
destruction, if misplaced.
What better companion than the
One who already walked the path, even made the path. HIS
Name is JESUS. And the
wonderful thing is that HE is
willing to walk with us! No matter what!
